4). Jim Kinney, Broker-Associate View my homepage View my listings Jim's business career prepared him for the real estate field. After starting work life at a national CPA firm, he became the chief financial officer at a manufacturing concern and eventually the CFO at a publicly-owned Chicago bank. In all of these jobs he was responsible for the real estate transactions on behalf of the respective companies. These included the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties with a wide range of transaction values. During this time he also bought, rehabbed, and sold three personal residences and several investment properties. Given a chance to leave the banking world, he moved to Door County where he and his family had vacationed for many years, and lives here full time. Working in the real estate field here has been a smooth transition. His clients are now the public, and they appreciate his expertise, experience, knowledge, and service with excellence. |
