Debbie Eckert is a fourth generation of her family to be born in Door County. As a native of the peninsula, she knows it well – the places, the people and the history.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelors of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1980 and a Sales Associate at Wilson-Shaffer Real Estate in Ephraim since 1986. She is consistently a top producer with the Door County Board of Realtors and proud to be affiliated with one of the oldest and most respected firms on the peninsula.

Debbie is knowledgeable and experienced in all types of Door County real estate – waterfront and inland homes, residential and hotel condominiums, vacant land, and business and commercial property. Education has always been important to her. Debbie has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. This is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field, and only about 40,000 people in the United States have achieved this. She has also earned her Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES) designations.

Active in the community, Debbie is a member of the Door County Board of Realtors, the Door County Visitors Bureau, the Ephraim Business Council and the Fish Creek Civic Association. Debbie resides in Ephraim and hobbies include renovating real estate, gardening, cooking, travel and boating the waters surrounding our beautiful peninsula.
